Germany & Japan have the cultural and industrial sophisticatoin to protect their own interests. Naive ? My goodness, if anybody is, it's the let's save the world from tyranny crowd. Vietnam & Iraq.
Social Security is a ponsi scheme whose only function is to allay the fears of two generations weaned on FDR & LBJ.
We're a nation of immigrants. Most people understand that. The TU has rewarded the 20th antics and tactics with their own banal coverage. It may take a dozen or years, but they're model will fade as astute purveyors of information will simply relegate their approach to anachronistic foibles of the Hearst tradition.
